The Polyester fleece 120 g/m² in 50 cm roll width was specifically designed for the Full-surface reinforcement of liquid waterproofing systems developed to meet the highest demands for stability, crack bridging and service life.

The large-scale processing results in Cracks, transitions and detail areas are automatically reinforced, so that in many cases no additional localized crack or detail reinforcement is required.

With a certified Tensile strength of up to 12.6 kN/m (DIN EN ISO 10319 – SGS test report no. QDIN2411002250PL01_EN) this extra strong fleece offers maximum safety even in high mechanical stress, movements of the subsoil and temperature fluctuations.

The microperforated structure ensures even penetration with sealing materials and a homogeneous sealing layer.
Additionally, the fleece sewn with polyester threads, which further increases the tear resistance.

Instructions for use

• Thoroughly clean the surface and ensure it is dry and load-bearing.
• Lay polyester fleece across the entire surface of the fresh sealant.
• Completely saturate the fleece to achieve optimal adhesion.
• Tracks overlap by 5–10 cm
• Cleanly incorporate transitions to upstands and connections.
• Then completely recoat with sealing material.

What width is suitable for my project?

• 15 cm roll width – ideal for transitions, internal and external corners, pipe penetrations and precise detail work.

• 25 cm roll width – ideal for larger connections, parapets and transitions with increased safety margin

• 35 cm roll width – ideal for roof drains, gullies, fans, aerators and heavily stressed connection areas

Is the product UV-resistant?

Can polyester fleece be used in sub-zero temperatures?

It is important that the waterproofing material used (e.g. PU liquid waterproofing or bitumen) is also approved for low temperatures. In combination with frost-resistant materials, the fleece will function reliably even in winter.
